Client must confirm that the gown, cap, and belt match the official colours and specifications
of their institution before signing.

No Refund will be issued if the wrong attire is hired due to incorrect client selection.

The standard rental period is 24 hours.

Hired items must be returned within 24 hours after the graduation ceremony.

Late returns will incur a fee of 50% of the hire price per day beyond booking
end date.

If an item is not returned within 7 days after the return date, it will be
considered non-returned, and the customer will be charged 100% of the recommended retail
value, in addition to the rental cost already paid. Legal action will be taken if
the client fails to comply.
